Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Burnsville, Minnesota, we serve a diverse group of industries including Fortune 500 companies, K-12 School Districts, Community/Technical colleges, Universities and Hospitals / Health Care institutions. REASON holds computer contracts with the Minnesota Educational Cooperatives and the University of Wisconsin.

REASON is a Value Added Reseller (VAR) of Voyageur PC. REASON's products have received national recognition from such publications as "PC Magazine" and "PC Computing" for its technology, performance, warranty, and price/performance. This includes twice when REASON’s PC’s were tested as the fastest system by PC Magazine, and REASON being selected as one of the "Technology leaders" in the U.S. computer business. REASON was also recognized as having, "The best warranty in the business" by PC Magazine. In November 2003, REASON's Tier-One Athlon-64 Desktop was featured in the St Paul Pioneer Press (Knight Ridder publication). Our Voyageur PC Desktop product line features either the Intel Pentium-4 processor or the AMD Athlon 64 processor. We offer Ruggedized Laptops and Servers based on either the Intel Xeon processors or the AMD Opteron 64-Bit processors.

REASON is partered with the University of Minnesota, University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Michigan to provide Geowall solutions to various markets including Education, Medical/Dental, Government and Oil companies. Geowall supports a passive-stereo system that allows audiences to view and interact with 3D immersive content. The Geowall project was designed to simplify our understanding of the dynamics pertaining to spatial relationships using a 3D visualization structure.
